The Herb Brooks Foundation, in cooperation with the Minnesota Wild and Morrie’s Automotive Group will conduct Spring Hockey Clinics in 2017 in Minneapolis and St. Paul. This free program is designed to provide young skaters ages 8-12 the basics of hockey in a safe and fun environment under the direction of professional coaches.
The Spring Clinics are designed for boys and girls ages 8-12, who either have some skating experience (B level, house, park or recreation teams), or who have the basic concept of skating down and want to work on their hockey skills.
The Herb Brooks Foundation provides helmets, sticks and skates for those who need it. Shin pads, elbow pads and gloves are recommended, but not provided.
For more information on the Spring Clinics, please contact Kalli Funk, the Herb Brooks Foundation Program Director, firstname.lastname@example.org.
