The 2021 Minneapolis Summer Clinics kicked off Monday at Parade Ice Garden in Minneapolis. For the remainder of July, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:45-4:45pm, coaches and volunteers will provide developmental hockey lessons to local youth.

With help from the Minneapolis Boys Varsity High School Hockey team, participating children will be able to partake in a skating session that meets their current skating level: Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey, and Power Skating.

70 registered young skaters and counting, will be provided any needed hockey equipment and will receive a Herb Brooks Foundation jersey thanks to sponsors that include: RBC Wealth Management, SCHEELS, Minnesota Wild, Securian Financial, Dave’s Sport Shop, and Old National Bank.

This signals the beginning of the opportunities that will take place this summer, and will be continued with the St. Paul Summer Clinics starting August 9th at the Charles M. Schulz-Highland Arena. Registration is full - click here to  join the waitlist.

There will not be clinics hosted on Monday, July 26th due to the 15th Annual Herb Brooks Celebrity Golf Classic.
